A scramble of my mumbles, rambles and trembles.
Let them all rest in the blog so I don't have to crumble.

I have been walking about 5K in about 60min including cool down in the past 2 weeks 5 times a week plus some nautilus for toning last week; quit drinking pop and alcohol for over 5 months. Changed from one bowl oatmeal only for breakfast to one bowl of oatmeal, two pc. of toasts, two pc. of ham, one boiled egg white for breakfast, and smaller, earlier dinner in the past week.
Although seemingly it made no difference in weight so far yet, the loose parts are tighter. Heart rates indicate that I am in very poor shape. Looks like I have to lower my heart rate before any possibility of significant weight loss. Will continue at the least 'till the end of this summer.
I exercise not to loss weight, but to make myself more healthy. I therefore don't pay much attention to my weight, probably not lossing any weight cause I am not jogging every night.
Don't try to exercise too much if you have a high heart rate. It's dangerous.

Thanks.
I was only going at 70% MHR, with just a slight sweat and no heavy breathing, so I think I am alright.
The problem is, I was only brisk walking, not jogging, and already at 70% MHR.
70% is already the max rate you should go for a jog. So be careful!
