It is difficult to tell whether you are admiring the creative advertising or critizing the wrong word."Our Charges are Rock-bottomly Cheap!" It's cheezy alright, but for a cheap and cheerful shop I suppose this is acceptable.
Even if Tin is right about the creative, shouldn't it be "抵" ?
