1. One large or 2 medium pears (or apples if you prefer) after work either at least 1/2 hour before regular dinner or replace dinner altogether with more fruits and/or vegetables if it is already too late in the evening. (this is the single most effective and easiest way to lose fat if anyone thinks one simply can't/won't stop eating anything at all and can't/won't do any exercise since all one needs to do is to switch from having fruits after dinner to having fruits before dinner. Everything else could remain the same but hopefully with less amount for the regular dinner automatically since the fruits have already filled the stomach.)
2. Eat regularly but stop eating before you feel full - the so call eat till 80% full. You will feel full soon after you stop eating anyway since the feeling does not set-in until a short while after we stop eat. So by the time we feel full during a meal, we have already overeaten.
3. Try not to let yourself feel hungry (have a plain toast or some crackers if necessary) thus letting the digestion to be one of the ways we burn off calories so long as the input energy(amount and type of food) is less that it takes to digest the food. Staving is the worst way one could to since the body will slow down the metabolism and reserve the fat for future use and to keep the body warm in case of any tremor, which wastes all other fat burning efforts one may or may not have thus one could get even fatter by starving oneself a meal or 2.
