When I first start jog, I finished 5600m at 41 min, then slowly improved to 38min.
I started to jog more frequently, and my timing can be around 32min for the same 5600m.
However, my heart rate was too fast for a 32 min finish. I tried to keep my heart rate below 162 last night, and my time went back to 38 min again.
I think it's the hot weather keep my heart rate high and slow jog.
